DISCLAIMER

All the prices on this site represent the sum of a finder's fee and a transfer fee. All items remain the sole property of Blizzard Entertainment. After an item has been transferred to you, D2rune.com takes no responsibility for its loss or or alteration due, but not limited to: hacks, scams, theft, rollbacks, patches, bugs, accident, character/account deletion or expiration. D2rune.com will not replace lost items for any reason.

If we feel that your order requires verification, you will not be issued a refund for any reason. Verification is a one-time process and it is to help prevent the unauthorised usage of a paypal account or credit card.

PRIVACY AND CONDITIONS

You are responsible for reading and understanding the "Terms and Conditions" and "Privacy Policy" before completing any transaction through our website.

ACCOUNTS PURCHASE

You are solely responsible for maintaining your game account and password at all times. D2rune is not responsible at anytime for any problems regarding your diablo 2 account after purchase.

DIABLO 2 ITEM PURCHASE

You, as the buyer, are responsible for all items in possession after the transaction has been completed. All sales are final and D2rune offers NO REFUNDS on items after it has been delivered.

POWER LEVELING

D2rune retains the right to cancel your power leveling order at anytime, with or without prior notice, at which time it will result in a full refund if the service has not yet begun. If any passwords are changed as the result of any D2rune power leveling service, D2rune is not to be held responsible for your account.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

D2rune DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS WITH ANY VIRTUAL PROPERTY. All Diablo 2 items, and characters/accounts are the sole property of Blizzard Entertainment licensors and shall remain so beyond contestation. D2rune holds no responsibility for any loss, in part or in whole, of merchandises in question after the transaction is final and completed, and properly billed for. D2rune holds no responsibility for the banishment of buyers' (of services and merchandises) personal accounts in game, or financial accounts in real life, as a result of the billed service/merchandise transaction.

BILLING

D2rune will never charge for products or services unless D2rune receives consent from the card holder. D2rune verifies information before delivering the items. Make sure your billing information is up to date so D2rune can instantly confirm that the information is correct and follow up with a fast delivery.

Due to frequent and increasing fraudulent activities experienced in this business, D2rune currently DOES NOT authorize credit card accounts and/or paypal accounts with unverified addresses and/or unconfirmed telephone numbers. Please be sure that when entering your personal information you double check ALL INFORMATION and confirm it is current and accurate before submitting it. ALL unconfirmed/unverified purchases will be cancelled upon discovery, thus delaying the efficiency of the purchase/transaction.
